U14 PROGRAM
For the 2024-2025 season this is athletes born in 2011 & 2012
The Riptides U14 program focuses to develop the fundamental skills needed for the dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting sport of water polo! Centered around individual and team skill development, our U14 coaches work to build fitness, confidence and teamwork.
Riptides U14 teams train three times a week with frequent opportunities for gameplay through inter-club, city and provincial games. We support our athletes to take risks, try new things and celebrate together as they grow as both athletes and people.
U14 athletes also have the opportunity to participate in the Tsunami Water Polo Club U14 Bridge Program. With an additional two practices each week the Bridge Program offers athletes the opportunity to increase their training capacity, work with National Level athletes and get a taste for high-performance training.
U14 is the perfect place for athletes to try water polo for the first time and we hope to see you at the pool soon!
