For the 2026-2027 season this is athletes born in 2017 & 2018
The Riptides U10 program is designed to introduce young athletes to the dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting sport of water polo! With a combination of both shallow water and deep water practices, our U10 program focuses on swim stoke technique, building deep-water endurance and ball handling skills.
Water polo is a great opportunity for athletes to build confidence in the water, work in a team environment and challenge themselves both mentally and physically. Our U10 team practice twice a week with frequent opportunities for game play through inter-club and city-wide games. We support our athletes to take risks, try new things and celebrate together as they grow as both athletes and people.
U10 is the perfect place for athletes to try water polo for the first time and we hope to see you at the pool soon!
