All Youth Matter: Inclusion Training

Inclusion is a priority in our community and Riptides is excited to host an All Youth Matter Inclusion Training! Next month the Riptides coaches and board members will participate in this training where they will gain valuable skills in:⠀

• A stronger ability to identify personal bias and intervene to stop discrimination⠀

• Access to tools and techniques to reduce barriers and foster inclusion⠀

⠀

• Best practices and a personalized action plan for youth inclusion⠀
